A couple of weeks have passed since the biggest event for in-destination experiences, and the energy keeps going and going. Now, Arival is conducting the largest research study of the industry: Tours, Activities, and Attractions.

We are partnering with Arival for this study and highly encourage you to participate. Of course, we understand you’re busy, but the survey will only take a few minutes, and we promise it will be worth your time.

The tours and activities industry is evolving quickly, bringing about changes in distribution and delivery, and questions regarding the best direction to take for sales, marketing, reservation technology, and more. 

By taking the Arival survey, you’ll get access to the data-driven results, which will help you better understand the industry and benchmark your performance against your peers. But also, you’ll be part of a community of operators who are passionate about driving the industry forward.

What you need to know about the study

Arival is an independent company, not affiliated with any OTA, that provides research and conferences for companies like yours: creators of in-destination experiences. Their goal is to advance the best part of travel with industry-specific events and insight. 

Although we are helping field this global survey, Arival will only share aggregated results. You won’t have to enter any information that identifies you or your company. No one in the industry — including us — will see your responses. 

After taking the survey, the Arival team will:

  1. Share the report with you — in a few months after the analysis is complete
  2. Enter you into a draw for a chance to win a ticket to any Arival event of your choice in 2020
